From the M25
At junction 28, turn onto the A1023 to Brentwood, then at the second set of traffic lights turn right into Mascalls Lane. Approximately one mile further on, go straight over the traffic lights onto Eagle Way. Take the first turning on the right onto Clive Road and at the end of the road turn right onto Warley Gap. The entrance is approximately 100 metres on the left.
From the A127
Take the A128 to Brentwood (Brentwood Road). Go straight over the first mini roundabout, then turn left at the second mini roundabout onto The Avenue. Follow the road until you see the Ford offices, then immediately after turn left onto Clive Road. At the top, turn right onto Warley Gap. The entrance is the first on the left.
From the A13
Take the A128 to Brentwood and carry on until the Halfway House roundabout, then follow the directions as from the A127.
From the A12
Take the M25 exit, then the first left onto the A1023 and follow the directions as from the M25.
By rail
Great Eastern line from Liverpool Street to Brentwood.
By bus
Bus numbers 9, 21, 71 and 72 from Brentwood train station to The Drive. Warley Gap is behind the Ford offices.
What to wear
- For your protection we ask that you wear suitable protection on your hands, arms and legs. That means gloves, a long sleeved top and long trousers at all times when taking part in an activity on any of the slopes.
- Fully fingered gloves are required.
- Helmets are free to hire, but please feel free to bring your own if you have one. Helmets are not compulsory.
- Remember to dress appropriately for the weather.
- The cost of your visit includes equipment hire, but remember that skiing and snowboarding continue whatever the weather, so something warm and waterproof may be needed for winter evenings.
